Code of Conduct From DOTEXTEIS

The Code of Conduct of Dotexteis aims to ensure that a set of fundamental principles is upheld across all internal operations and external relationships of the company. These principles are intended to guarantee respect for human dignity, as well as the health and well-being of all employees; the protection of the environment; full compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all processes; and adherence to the law. We believe that these principles strengthen the organization by promoting reliability, credibility, competence, and fairness, while also encouraging quality and innovation.

1. Zero Tolerance Restriction on the Use of Child Labour
The company strictly prohibits and does not tolerate the use of child labour under any circumstances, whether internally or by partners and suppliers. Young and inexperienced workers must not be assigned complex or physically demanding tasks without prior training and proper instruction. They must also be equipped with appropriate safety gear and protected in accordance with all health and safety regulations

2. Zero Tolerance Restriction on the Use of Forced Labour
The company strictly prohibits and does not tolerate any form of forced labour, including any practice involving coercion, whether internally or within its supply chain.

3. Health and Safety
The company ensures full compliance with all applicable health and safety laws across its operations, partners, suppliers, and the entire production chain. It provides workplace medical services, including regular medical check-ups with a general practitioner, and offers health insurance to employees to facilitate access to private healthcare at reduced costs. A safe, healthy, and supportive working environment is actively promoted.

4. Freedom of Association and Representation
All employees are free to join trade unions and associations of their choice and to engage in collective bargaining if they wish. The company guarantees that representatives of such organizations are granted the necessary access and conditions to perform their roles.

5. Equality and Non-Discrimination
The company ensures equal treatment in all aspects of employment, including recruitment, evaluation, promotion, training, job assignments, and compensation. Discrimination of any kind—based on race, gender, age, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, marital or family status, disability, or political or ideological beliefs—is strictly prohibited.

6. Abuse of Power
The company does not tolerate any form of abuse of power, including verbal, psychological, or physical coercion. Disciplinary procedures are conducted fairly and in accordance with the law, ensuring that both employers and employees have the right to present and defend their positions.

7. Working Hours, Absences, and Holidays
The company fully complies with all legal and regulatory requirements concerning working hours, overtime, absences, and holidays, ensuring that employees’ rights and obligations are respected.

8. Remuneration
Fair and lawful compensation is guaranteed as a fundamental right of all employees. The company promotes merit-based incentives and ensures that all salary components are paid in accordance with the law, including the 14-month salary structure, meal and transport allowances, and overtime when applicable. Compensation packages are designed to be fair and balanced, particularly for decision-makers, to prevent corruption or undue influence

9. Social and Environmental Responsibility
The company is committed to contributing to the community by supporting local initiatives and organizations, particularly those assisting vulnerable groups. Internally, the company promotes a healthy work-life balance by providing facilities that encourage employee interaction, as well as benefits such as transportation, meal areas, and free beverages. Environmentally, it adopts responsible practices across all operations, including the use of safer materials, recycling initiatives, and integrating production waste into circular economy processes.
